We begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony using Taylor Cooper’s, “Conquer You Cacao” to assist you with determining your intention for the evening. You are invited to target anything that’s holding you back, with the focus of releasing it throughout the night. This will create space in your energy field and life to manifest whatever your heart desires.

You are supported in this container by Practitioners of Shamanic Energy Medicine as well as Sound Healing Practitioners. We use breathwork as the vehicle of release to support you in your journey of transformation and dislodge stagnant energy that has been trapped in your body. Each participant is also offered a personal Essence Ring Nose Diffuser as part of this experience.

We will then bring you to a calm and balanced state through a guided meditation and sound immersion. In addition to the deeply relaxing sounds and music, many of our instruments are tuned to the healing frequency of 432 hertz, which heals on a cellular level.

Integration is a very important part of this experience, and we like to open it up for some of you to share about your experience with the group. This helps anchor the healing that has taken place.
